We’re hiring founding product engineers to help build the infrastructure behind the next generation of B2B software. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll work directly with the founders to shape the product, the company, and the way healthcare and staffing operations are run.
You’ll be among the first employees at an early-stage startup, which means challenge, uncertainty, and opportunity. This role isn’t for everyone — to be a good fit, you need to be hungry to move build, break and push boundaries.
What you’ll do
- Ship fast, talk to customers, and build AI-powered features and workflows.
- Own product surfaces end-to-end — from backend logic and data models to frontend experience and UX details.
- Partner closely with founders to make product trade-offs and shape what gets built next.
- Help define engineering culture and grow the team.
