About the role
We're looking for a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience (Staff/Sr.Staff+), ideally with a background in fintech. You should be comfortable leading end-to-end product development in a fast-paced, AI-native environment. Bonus points if you have a degree in Computer Science, experience building complex systems of record or CRM software, and/or an understanding of small and medium-sized business lending processes.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to release, ensuring alignment with Casca's strategic goals.
- Define clear product roadmaps based on stakeholder input and user feedback.
- Champion user-centric design by ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Drive the product vision and strategy by thinking outside the box to deliver AI-native solutions that set new industry standards.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a best-in-class product experience.
- Document product requirements, feature specifications, and release notes to ensure clear communication across teams.
