We are looking for a founding Product Support hire with 4-7 years of experience to be the first dedicated person living in the gap between our users and the product. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who is excited to handle frontline user support, work closely with product and engineering to shape the roadmap, and build the user success function from scratch at a rapidly growing AI startup.
What will you be doing?
Town is an AI-powered personal assistant that connects to your email, calendar, WhatsApp, and the SaaS tools you use every day. Unlike chatbots where you go to the AI, Town comes to you — proactively understanding your priorities, relationships, and workflows to do real work on your behalf. Founded in 2024 by Jean-Denis Greze (ex-CTO of Plaid) and Tony Vincent (ex-Director of Applied AI at Google), Town launched in February 2025 and is already seeing social media-level retention with thousands of users and 30–50% week-over-week growth, purely through word of mouth. We're a senior-only team of 11, backed by First Round Capital, Conviction, and world-class angels. No bureaucracy, no junior engineers — just a small team building something people genuinely love.
