About the role
We are looking for a Founding Silicon Engineer with 2+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC design and verification to be the domain backbone of our AI agents. We need a creative, forward-thinking engineer who is passionate about applying AI to solve the hardest problems in the semiconductor industry. You will leverage your deep silicon expertise to build and architect reasoning systems that automate chip verification. This is a unique opportunity to get a front-row seat to the most advanced chip projects and fundamentally change how they are made.
What will you be doing?- Contribute to the architecture of our domain-specific AI reasoning systems, defining how our agents tackle complex chip verification tasks.
- Own and expand tool integrations between Bronco's AI and industry-standard EDA environments like Synopsys, Cadence, and Questa.
- Work hands-on with CAD and EDA tooling to build, test, and validate AI-generated outputs against real verification environments.
- Deploy and integrate Bronco into customer workflows, working directly alongside verification teams at the world's leading chip companies.
- Translate your onsite learnings and deep silicon intuition into new product features and a more capable AI agent, directly shaping the future of our product.
