the team in providing exceptional customer support by helping to solve complex issues relating to our software and guiding clients to maximize the potential of our product Work with team members to provide global support, adapting to the diverse needs of our international customer base. Support

the team in onboarding, training, and empowering clients to become Abacum experts. What You'll Gain: Exposure to client onboarding and technical implementation processes. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in/recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field. Strong interest in financial technology and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a team environment. Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
