About the team The Partner Products Team builds and manages integrations with leading Ecommerce, CRM and ERP systems in order to help users go live faster and realize greater value from Stripe. We also manage Stripe's Partner Portal and Partner Directory to manage partners at scale and connect users with partners. Team Matching: exact team matching for one of the subteams will begin during final stages. What you’ll do As a Full-Stack Engineer on the Partner Products team, you will be a key contributor in building and scaling the tools and solutions that help Stripe scale with partners, including the next generation of Stripe's connectivity with global third-party systems and our partner program tooling. You will develop the services that power integrations for various partners, ensuring seamless and rapid integration of Stripe's products. Developing and maintaining the services that underpin repeatable third party integrations. Identifying and developing against common design patterns to enable faster time-to-market. Acting as a self-starter and driving technical ownership for projects. Collaborating with other engineering teams, particularly those focused on underlying infrastructure, to ensure cohesion and scale. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements 4-12+ years of industry software engineering experience (does not include internships or co-ops) Actively leveraging AI tools to maximize productivity Strong full-stack capabilities; comfortable writing code on core Stripe systems while also understanding external partner systems. Proficient in a modern web stack and have shipped production level code. Foundational understanding and ability to read the code/interfaces of partner systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Netsuite) to facilitate complex integrations. Adaptable, intuitive, and capable of quickly solving complex, multi-system problems. Self-motivating and thrive in an environment where you are expected to take full ownership of your projects and deliverables. Preferred qualifications Prior experience building connectors, or deep integrations with major Ecommerce, CRM, or ERP platforms. Experience with payments or subscriptions systems. A background that demonstrates an ability to rapidly learn new systems and navigate unfamiliar technical domains effectively. In-office expectations Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible. Pay and benefits The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is CA$135,200 - CA$258,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process. Specific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range listed above will vary depending on the applicant’s location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
