About the role
We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our early-stage, builder-led team. You are someone who is deeply passionate about user experience, product, and building delightful, complex frontend systems from the ground up. As a foundational member of our team, you will help us refine our AI-native docs platform, a product that reimagines how product and engineering teams collaborate and achieve alignment. This is a unique opportunity to work on a challenging technical problem—building a multiplayer, AI-native word processor—and have a massive impact on our product's trajectory.
What will you be doing?
- Own product features from ideation to deployment, participating in design discussions, architecting solutions, and implementing code.
- Lead the development of our user interfaces, including our complex, multiplayer doc editor, and integrate them with backend AI services.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and the rest of the engineering team to build intuitive, scalable, and cutting-edge features.
- Help define our frontend technical strategy, including frameworks and design systems, balancing rapid prototyping with robust, long-term solutions.
- Work in a high-autonomy environment where you will be pointed to a problem and given the independence to architect and deliver a solution.
