Functional Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for a Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to define features and processes, translating business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for development and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
  Partner with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of features.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and working sessions with cross-functional teams.
  Ensure functional designs align with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  Support testing efforts by reviewing test plans and validating that solutions meet requirements.
• Help drive process improvements and system enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into structured functional documents.

• Experience working in cross-functional environments with product and engineering teams.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or similar.
  Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
