We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our growing team. The Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, support strategic initiatives, and provide insights that drive efficiency and growth. What you’ll do Support day-to-day funding operations, including assisting in borrowings/repayments, waterfalls, and facility reporting. Ensure custodian holdings are accurate and in line with internal book of records, including investigating and resolving breaks in a timely manner. Oversee proper delivery and processing of electronic and physical documents at custodian vaults. Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to track performance. Partner with finance, product, and operations teams to streamline processes and create scalable solutions. Implement and leverage AI and other technology to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk. Document processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements for scalability and compliance. Assist on new business initiatives and any special projects that may arise. You should have 2–5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, finance, real estate, or a related field. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus. Ability to articulate issues clearly, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 OTE dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's skills, experience, location, and other
qualifications.
