Costing & Material Planning

• Prepare detailed costing for each product, including:
• Raw materials
• Manufacturing costs
• Logistics and installation costs
• Optimize designs to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Interior Design & Space Understanding

• Apply interior design principles to ensure furniture aligns with different space requirements.
• Suggest layout improvements and furniture combinations for better space utilization.
• Keep track of design trends, customer preferences, and usability patterns.

Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Create detailed CAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation for design, dimensions, and materials.

Vendor & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and manufacturers for execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper installation and resolve on-ground issues.

Product Improvement

• Analyze existing products and suggest improvements in:
• Design
• Durability
• Cost
• Customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Furniture Design / Interior Design / Architecture / Product Design.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in furniture design or interior-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and furniture construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools.
• Good understanding of costing and budgeting.
