About the role
Redesign Health is seeking a Global Development Lead for Southeast Asia to drive our international expansion. We need someone with significant experience in venture capital or private equity, ideally with a strong understanding of the healthcare technology landscape. You should be comfortable engaging with LPs, attracting founders, and assessing early-stage ventures. Bonus points if you have prior experience working with US-based firms or have made angel investments in startups.
What you'll do:
- Lead fundraising efforts in Southeast Asia, engaging with Limited Partners (LPs) to secure capital for our fund.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with hospital systems, clinics, insurance players, and founders to build a robust healthcare ecosystem.
- Identify and attract promising founders, assessing their ventures and providing initial guidance.
- Represent Redesign Health in the market, independently conducting meetings and fostering partnerships.
- Contribute to the strategic development of our international presence, adapting our venture builder model to local market nuances.
- Collaborate with the global development team to ensure alignment and leverage Redesign Health's broader capabilities.
