What You'll Do In this role, you will: Design and execute innovative growth strategies across channels, combining data-driven analysis with creative experimentation Identify new opportunities to acquire customers, expand market reach, and form strategic partnerships Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to optimize funnels and drive measurable results Test, iterate, and scale initiatives with speed, precision, and a focus on long-term impact Own your metrics end-to-end and directly influence the company’s growth trajectory Your Profile You’re a good fit for this role if you: Have 2–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business strategy, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech Think creatively and analytically, blending bold experimentation with data-backed decisions Communicate effectively, inspiring stakeholders across teams to move fast and act decisively Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and embrace AI-driven transformation
