About
the role: Ambient.ai is looking for a talented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help scale our GTM and G&A organizations. As a Talent Sourcer, you'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders to identify and engage top-tier talent across a variety of roles - from software engineers and product designers to enterprise sellers and customer success leaders. You’ll bring a consultative mindset and a sharp eye for high-signal profiles, helping us build world-class teams across both technical and commercial functions.
