The Head of Business Development & Special Projects is the CEO’s key partner on growth and execution, responsible for turning early traction into scalable, revenue-generating programs and building the operating models that support them. This role blends strategy, partnerships, and hands-on execution, with direct ownership over multiple lines of business. This role reports directly to the CEO and works cross-functionally with clinical, product, operations, and finance teams. MBA preferred.
