You’re not just leading a team; you’re shaping the technical vision and execution of Lio’s enterprise AI platform. As Head of Engineering, you’ll work closely with the CTO and Core Engineering to drive product architecture, engineering excellence, and scalable delivery across all teams.
What You'll Do In this role, you will: Lead and mentor Lio’s engineering teams, including Core, Product, and Infrastructure engineers Work with the CTO and Core Engineers to define technical vision, architecture, and product roadmap Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems are delivered across all products Implement engineering best practices, processes, and metrics for velocity, quality, and reliability Collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to align technical execution with business impact Drive hiring and team development to build a world-class engineering organization Your Profile You’re a good fit for this role if you: Have extensive experience leading engineering teams in SaaS or enterprise software Are deeply technical, able to work hands-on with Core Engineers while setting strategic direction Think end-to-end: from architecture and product design to delivery and operations Thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and can balance leadership with hands-on coding Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
