Over 10,000 practitioners across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Switzerland already use the platform daily.\n\nThe opportunity: We're hiring our first full-time Growth Lead to build and own the entire growth & marketing function. This is a builder role — you won't be optimizing someone else's playbook, you'll be writing it. You'll report directly to the founders, sit on the leadership committee, and have full ownership over acquisition, conversion, product marketing, CRM, positioning, and brand.\n\nWhat's already working: Webinars are our #1 acquisition channel and driving strong results. The tech stack is in place — HubSpot, Klaviyo, Webflow. Your job is to scale what works and open entirely new channels: influencer marketing, PR, paid ads, SEO, and partnerships.\n\nYour 12-month goals: 3x the volume of qualified leads, significantly improve lead-to-active-client conversion, build a reproducible and measurable growth engine, and lay the foundations for Simplycure to become the reference brand in integrative health.\n\nAbout us: Brussels-based, recently raised €2.3M, ~24 people, and growing fast. The team is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and deeply mission-driven — we believe in making integrative medicine accessible. You'll be joining at a stage where your decisions shape the company's trajectory.\n\nWhat we're looking for: 3+ years in growth or marketing, including at least 2 years at a startup, scale-up, or marketplace. You've built (not just executed) an acquisition funnel end-to-end. You're comfortable across multiple channels, hands-on with CRM and automation tools, and you think like an entrepreneur. French fluency is essential; English is required professionally; Dutch is a plus.\n\n: €70–120K salary + ~1% equity vesting. A seat at the leadership table from day one.
