Lead and scale Lio’s Implementation Engineering team. You ensure enterprise integrations and implementations are executed flawlessly, build scalable frameworks, and bridge product, engineering, and customer reality.
What You'll Do In this role, you will: Own the vision and strategy for implementation engineering, including enterprise integrations (SAP, APIs, middleware) Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers working on complex enterprise projects Ensure end-to-end delivery of scalable, reliable implementations for DAX, Fortune 500, and global customers Build standardized frameworks, best practices, and tooling to increase efficiency and consistency Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to capture feedback and shape the product roadmap Drive technical excellence, troubleshooting, and escalation management for critical customer deployments Your Profile You’re a good fit for this role if you: Bring proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in complex, high-stakes environments Understand enterprise architecture, system landscapes, and scalable integration design Thrive at the intersection of technical execution, team management, and customer impact Are proactive, ownership-driven, and motivated by building repeatable processes and frameworks Experience working in VC-backed startups and bring a strong revenue and growth mindset
