Our two marketplace platforms connect global electronic wholesalers to retail stores and distributors (Eze Wholesale) and end businesses like start-ups, SMBs, and enterprises (Eze Enterprise). Eze aims to formalize the fragmented and inefficient second-hand electronics market by making it accessible to all businesses that need electronics. To ensure quality Eze also acts as an intermediary and physical tests devices in our various warehouse locations worldwide. Role Summary
As Head of Operations, you are responsible for smooth warehouse operations. You will ensure that all warehouse staff is productive in carrying out their duties from inspecting devices, shipping, and organising inventory. Ensure that devices are shipped on time, coordinate purchasing for online sales, and ensure that inventory is always up to date. You will also work directly with online staff to handle deductions or adjustments to invoices. This role requires heavy attention to detail, consistency, and a high level of work ethic.
