Our two marketplace platforms connect global electronic wholesalers to retail stores and distributors (Eze Wholesale) and end businesses like start-ups, SMBs, and enterprises (Eze Enterprise). Eze aims to formalize the fragmented and inefficient second-hand electronics market by making it accessible to all businesses that need electronics. To ensure quality Eze also acts as an intermediary and physical tests devices in our various warehouse locations worldwide. Eze operates out of the US, Hong Kong, Dubai, and France and serves buyers in over 70 countries around the world.
Role Summary
Eze’s Head of Sales will have end to end responsibility for the customer experience and growth of sales. You will work with the Co-Founders to develop annual and quarterly strategic plans to meet defined targets and manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal. The Head of Sales will also assist with managing complaints and resolving issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation. Exceptional performance leads to promotion tracks for VP of Sales. This role is for an experienced professional or former founder excited to get his/her hands dirty and build a global e-commerce platform. A strong performer will feel and be treated as a founding member of Eze and compensated accordingly.
