Role: Head of Sales @ YC-backed construction materials software startup
At Dill, we are revolutionizing payments, AR, and trade credit for the construction materials industry. The construction industry is known for its multitude of stakeholders and complexity of payment workflows and dynamics. Material suppliers, distributors, and wholesalers - some of the most important stakeholders in the industry - are often the last to get paid. We are issuing in an era of newfound cash flow and growth for these folks in the $1T construction industry.
We are a YC-backed fast-growing company at 7-digit ARR looking for a Head of Sales to take Dill to the next level. You will be joining a second-time founder with a previous exit in construction tech and a sales team of 3 founding SDRs that are gritty, hungry, and coachable.
