What You'll Do In this role, you will: Scale Lio’s US go-to-market strategy from initial deals to repeatable, predictable growth Expand and deepen relationships with flagship enterprise customers Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing US sales team aligned with our HQ values and culture Build a strong executive network across enterprise procurement and AI ecosystems Work closely with Munich (Sales, Product, Marketing, Leadership) to ensure tight transatlantic alignment Bring structured US market feedback into product, positioning, and strategy decisions Your Profile You’re a good fit for this role if you: Have 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including leadership responsibility Have scaled a US market presence beyond the first deals into structured growth Combine hands-on closing strength with strategic market-building thinking Are well-connected in the US enterprise or tech ecosystem Lead by example and build strong, value-driven cultures Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
