About the role
We are looking for a Healthcare Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our growing national law firm specializing in healthcare innovation. We seek an entrepreneurial and driven individual with deep subject matter expertise in healthcare law, particularly in digital health and telehealth. What will you be doing?
- Advise healthcare, digital health, and telehealth clients on federal and state regulatory compliance (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA).
- Structure and support healthcare transactions, including M&A of medical practices, joint ventures, and management services agreements.
- Advise on multi-state telehealth regulatory frameworks, including prescribing laws, state licensing, and interstate compact issues.
- Support emerging companies and venture capital clients on digital health structuring, financing diligence, and go-to-market compliance strategy.
- Draft and negotiate healthcare-specific contracts such as clinical trial agreements, BAAs, and value-based care arrangements.
