About the role
We are looking for a Capital Markets Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our high-growth, top-revenue-producing practice group. This is an urgent hire to support our expanding client base and you'll play a key role in a team that has grown its book of business from $3 million to $21 million in just six years.
What will you be doing?
- Handle deals from start to finish, gaining broader experience than at larger firms.
- Work on both issuer and underwriter-side transactions for a diverse, mid-cap client base.
- Represent clients across various industries, including life sciences and technology.
- Collaborate closely in a leanly staffed team with partners and other associates.
- Receive direct mentorship from partners invested in your growth and path to partnership.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in capital markets (mid-level to counsel).
- Experience from a mid-sized law firm is highly preferred, as you'll be expected to run deals independently.
- Proficiency in both issuer and underwriter side work.
- A desire to see the full lifecycle of a deal, not just a small piece.
- Strong ambition with a clear interest in a path to partnership.
