You will: Build the international ERT framework: Create scalable standards, workflows, and readiness criteria for new markets. Conduct international market deep dives, gathering operational, regulatory, and cultural insights that shape ERT launch design. Maintain a centralized repository of international ERT standards, ensuring all stakeholders operate from a single source of truth. Design localized event‑response protocols: Adapt ERT procedures to reflect country-specific regulations, emergency‑services structures, and cultural expectations. Convert international compliance needs into clear, actionable ERT procedures and documentation. Develop global onboarding standards: Develop vendor onboarding strategy and standards, including development of training guides, documentation, and launch content to prepare vendor teams for international operations. Create market‑ready playbooks: Define escalation paths, communication flows, and incident‑handling expectations tailored to each region. Convert international compliance needs into clear, actionable ERT procedures and documentation. Analyze learnings from pre‑launch exercises to refine protocols, documentation, and readiness recommendations.
