Who you are: You bring relevant experience managing technical projects or solution delivery, including at least 2 years in a consulting environment leading complex, high-impact projects, ideally in sectors such as transportation, healthcare, or telecom. You have strong business acumen and a data-driven mindset, comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems, interpreting KPIs and technical metrics, and turning them into clear priorities. You’re confident navigating topics like APIs, sprint cycles, architecture, and system integrations, even if you’re not the one coding. You’re a structured communicator who can translate complexity into clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You take ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and are energised by solving cross-functional coordination challenges. You’re fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel to our key markets in Latin America. You’re open to business travel, as needed.
