What we're looking for:
We are seeking a management-side Labor & Employment Associate with 3-5 years of experience for our Denver office. You should be comfortable handling a mix of employment litigation (discrimination, harassment, retaliation) and counseling (drafting policies, advising employers). The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, including drafting pleadings and motions, and be admitted to the Colorado bar.
