About the role
What we're looking for? We need a Labor & Employment Associate with a minimum of three years of meaningful experience, strongly preferring candidates with a federal judicial clerkship. You should possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and a desire to assume significant responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
- Handle primarily litigation matters within a nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice.
- Take ownership of substantive legal work and drive outcomes for a diverse client base.
- Work closely with shareholders Rich McCrea and Katie Molloy, gaining significant responsibility and client interaction.
