What you will work on?
You will be joining us in this 1-100 journey, building the best AI tutor platform out of India (likes of Duolingo). So there is tons of UX, personalisation, gamification, complex problems, and new ideas to work upon that comes along.
→ We have a flat hierarchy, however, we have two different JDs to set the right expectations for candidates.
Requirements:
- Ideally 3 to 4yrs of experience in both functional and beautiful designs
- Solid product thinking (and previously worked in Product based org)
- Has strong design portfolio 👀
- Asks right questions, knows user data and keeps different user segments in mind
- Has worked on dark and light modes, design system
- Must use AI in design processes & product thinking
- Multidisciplinary thinking. Eg - motion design flow for better intros, using tools like - jitter / rive / lottie
