the role: Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical operational infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit. We are looking for a Lead/Senior Product Manager to join our team! In this role, you will drive improving meaningful parts of this platform. These are hard problems. They sit at the intersection of complex financial structures, real operational workflows, and new technology (AI). requirements into clear
requirements and testable prototypes Drive alignment across stakeholders across the organization Raise the bar on PM craft and domain knowledge across
the team You should have: 3-6+ years of product management experience at a startup or high-growth fintech Strong intuition for customer problems and a bias toward talking directly to users A track record of working closely with engineers Experience in asset backed lending, structured finance, or banking Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not as a novelty Ability to write clearly and think precisely about product

Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 OTE dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other
qualifications.
