About the role
We are looking to grow our realtor product, which automatically converts a listing into a professional home walk through video, so realtors get 4X more inquiries on their listings by capturing more attention on social media:
We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded creative individual with a knack for online marketing to realtors.
Scorecard:
- Increase impressions and website visitors 10% wow
- Increase number of paying users 5% wow
- Deliver weekly status reports on actions taken, results and plan for the next week
Values we are looking for:
- High Ownership: besides the base comp listed in this description, you will also be eligible for a single digit % revenue share off the business’ top line. This is to further incentivize someone that is growth oriented to crush it in this role.

Bonus: you have been a realtor, business owner in the past and are now interested in online marketing
Activities you will be responsible for:
- Create SEO/blog content that will surface well on google searches and answer engines like Perplexity or ChatGPT
- Create in-house video content for youtube, TikTok and Instagram
- Create email/newsletter campaigns along with nurture campaigns
- Post about the product on social media forums like Facebook and Reddit
- Host webinars
- Partner with and arrange booths with local MLS and realtor organizations like Keller Williams
- Run, optimize and measure social media ad campaigns
