What you'll do • Solve hard technical problems that do not have existing solutions to advance the frontier of AI. • Design and build custom database and memory systems. • Implement real-time LLM token state management at large scale. • Develop custom Unix OS distributions for humans and AI. • Rethink UX grounded in organisational behaviour and human psychology fundamentals. • Work onsite in South Park, San Francisco. • Join a role offering $175–400k cash
compensation plus variable equity. What Mundane Co. is looking for • Location: based in South Park, San Francisco. • Obsession with novel, technically difficult, or overlooked problems. • Ability to build large, complex, and maintainable systems much faster than typical expectations. • Strong interest in compounding micro-optimisation. • Experience with one or more of: Typescript, Rust, Python. • Familiarity or experience with graph databases, ontological modelling, and flexible data pipelines. • Comfort applying insights from psychology and organisational behaviour to product and UX decisions.
