Within the Operations team, you will work closely with our customers and collaborate with our Product and Tech teams to design, implement, and monitor operational workflows that support both our clients and internal users. You’ll have a strategic impact on Parallel’s operations and on how we deliver the most value to our clients.

Missions

As an Ops, you will work closely with our Operations Manager across several streams :

• Client Project Management & Customer Success. You will support onboarding and follow-up with customers to ensure smooth adoption, and you’ll answer our coders and clients questions so that they have a top-tier customer experience.
• Operational Process Building. You will help build scalable customer success processes and set up tools and routines to monitor client satisfaction and usage. As a key point of contact for our customers and internal coders, you will help identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Customer & Internal Analytics. With a strong analytical mindset, you will leverage data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, across both customer workflows and internal coding operations. You will also contribute to defining Operations priorities and communicating them to the Product and Tech teams.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Entry-level to 2 years of experience, ideally in startup or consulting but not required.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data and structured problem-solving.
• You thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Interested in product-driven companies, AI, or healthcare operations.
• Excellent communication skills in French (our clients are French hospitals so far).
