About the role
Deepnight is building a new kind of night vision using AI. Our technology allows small, low-power cameras to see in near-total darkness, enabling drones, robots, and other systems to operate at night. We’re a small, in-person team based in San Francisco working on real-world systems used in demanding environments. We’re looking for a part-time Office Manager to help keep our San Francisco office running smoothly. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be in the office a few days a week making sure the basics are covered and helping improve how the space operates over time.

- ~10 hours/week total (flexible, during normal workday hours)
- Typically ~3 hours/day, ~3 days/week in our SF office
- $40–$45/hour
What you’ll do
You’ll impact every DeepKnight’s experience at work by ensuring that our office is comfortable and productive. Below are a lot of the basics that we know we need - and we’re open to ideas and suggestions as you get integrated with the team!
- Keep the office stocked and running (snacks, drinks, supplies)
- Tidy and organize shared spaces (kitchenette, desks, common areas)
- Load/unload dishwasher, take out trash, handle the day-to-day upkeep
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and light bill pay
- Help organize and maintain physical spaces (including hardware/equipment storage)
You’ll also have the opportunity to take on additional projects, like:
- Improving how we organize and use the office space
- Ordering furniture or supplies as needed
- Planning team events (happy hours, offsites, etc.)
- Helping with light admin tasks
This job may expand over time with interest and business need.
