What You'll Do In this role, you will: Identify, acquire, and onboard strategic partners (consultancies, system integrators, tech platforms) Develop joint go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and revenue Enable partners with the right messaging, training, and materials to position Lio effectively Build executive relationships and act as the main point of contact for key alliances Track performance, define KPIs, and optimize partnerships for long-term success Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align partnership initiatives Your Profile You’re a good fit for this role if you: Have 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in SaaS Understand enterprise sales cycles and ecosystem-driven growth models Are commercially driven and confident negotiating win-win agreements Communicate clearly with both operational teams and executive stakeholders Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
