Product Design Lead

What we're looking for?

We need a seasoned product designer with at least 4 years of experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment (Series A-C). You should be comfortable owning the end-to-end design process for complex B2B SaaS products and have a track record of shipping high-quality features that balance user needs with business goals. Bonus points if you have experience with enterprise-level products or fintech.

What you'll do:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design for core product initiatives, from initial concept to final implementation.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research through 3-5 customer calls per week to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Contribute to and help evolve the Hadrius Design System to ensure consistency and accelerate development velocity.
• Champion a high bar for design quality across the company, mentoring junior designers through your own execution.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs in Figma, embracing a fast-paced, iterative development cycle.
