About the role
What we're looking for?
We’re looking for a Product Engineer with 1–5 years of backend experience who has built scalable, consumer-grade products. You thrive in fast-paced startups, own features end-to-end, and enjoy solving complex technical challenges. FinTech or Series A–C experience is a plus.
What you'll do:
- Build product features end-to-end, including domain models, business logic, and API integrations for our tax and banking products.
- Take ownership of the orchestration layer of our systems, working across mobile, web, AI, and backend components.
- Work closely with our PMs and Head of Engineering to deliver a product that is reliable, scalable, and provides a seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain systems using Go (golang) on GCP, ensuring our services achieve high reliability and uptime.
- Lead projects from ideation to deployment, shipping code to production daily via our CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyze and debug complex, event-driven systems to improve performance, quality, and stability.
