Role Overview

We're seeking a Product Manager to drive the development of Hedgineer's platform – working at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI to build products that transform how hedge funds operate.

This role goes beyond traditional product management: you'll experiment with cutting-edge AI capabilities, design AI-powered features that accelerate product delivery, and help define how AI can fundamentally change what's possible in financial technology. The ideal candidate combines strong product fundamentals with genuine excitement about AI – someone who sees AI not just as a feature, but as a tool to reimagine the entire product development process.

You'll work directly with hedge fund clients to understand their needs, collaborate with engineers to build elegant solutions, and push boundaries on what AI can enable for both our users and our internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development: Own end-to-end product development, from gathering requirements to defining specifications and guiding implementation
Client Collaboration: Work directly with hedge fund clients to understand their workflows, pain points, and requirements for research, portfolio analytics, and trading tools
AI-Powered Product Innovation: Experiment with and implement AI capabilities that enhance product functionality, automate workflows, and create new possibilities for hedge fund analytics and operations
Requirements Translation: Transform complex financial and technical concepts into clear, actionable product specifications that engineering teams can implement
User Experience Design: Collaborate with designers and engineers to build intuitive interfaces that make sophisticated analytics accessible to both technical and non-technical users
Strategic Planning: Define product metrics, gather user feedback, iterate based on real-world usage, and contribute to shaping the product roadmap
