About the role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with 4-8 years of experience to lead the productization of our AI Agent Platform. We are looking for a hands-on individual contributor who can code, think systemically, and thrive at the intersection of engineering, AI, and enterprise data. This person will be crucial in defining our agentic workflow engine, customer experience, and deployment playbooks from a reactive state, as we currently have no established roadmap.
What will you be doing?
- Define and own the roadmap for Turgon’s multi-agent platform and its integration with ERP, CRM, and data-warehouse ecosystems.
- Translate customer problems into detailed product specs, including APIs, workflows, agent behaviors, and UI/UX flows.
- Act as the technical bridge between customers, engineers, and researchers to ensure clarity and continuous improvement.
- Lead and coordinate forward-deployed engineering pods delivering client solutions, focusing on active work related to proof of concepts and customer delivery.
- Manage the backlog, sprints, and cross-functional execution across AI, backend, and data teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
