Role Overview
Clinikally is looking for a QA Engineer to safeguard the digital experience for millions of users who rely on us for their specialized healthcare and skincare needs. You will be the final gatekeeper of our platform, ensuring that every interaction meets our high standards of reliability. In this role, you will have a direct impact on user trust and conversion, working hands-on in our Gurgaon office to ship seamless features at startup speed.
What You Will Be Doing
- Core eCommerce Testing: Execute meticulous testing across our mobile and web platforms, focusing on the journey from discovering Face Washes, Sunscreens, and Moisturizers to the final checkout.
- Flow Validation: Design and execute test cases for critical functionalities including our online dermatologist consultations, AI-powered assessments, and personalized treatment journeys.
- Pricing and Logic Integrity: Validate the complex logic behind discounts, bundles, and coupon flows to ensure users have uninterrupted access to their desired products and clinical solutions.
- Bug Tracking and Resolution: Identify, report, and track defects using to ensure our catalog of dermatologist-recommended products remains accessible and bug-free.
