Polsinelli is seeking an associate to join our nationally recognized Real Estate practice group in our Kansas City office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 6 years of broad and sophisticated transactional real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey review, and development work. Joint venture and financing experience is preferred. Candidates with data center development experience is a plus.
