About the role
Fresco AI is building the an AI assistant to supercharge construction estimators. Our sales are scaling quickly, and we’re hiring an SDR to join our team and go after our target customers. You’ll join us in our San Francisco office, cold calling estimators and executives to get Fresco in their hands––and help shape the future of the $12T construction industry.
What You’ll Do
- Make 80+ cold calls per day to senior estimators and executives
- Use Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and more to run high-volume outbound
- Book 20+ demos per month using a proven, optimized playbook
- Earn commission based on the work you put in and the results you drive
- Work directly with the CEO to refine outbound strategy, messaging, and ICP
- Represent a product already used by leading estimating teams
Who You Are
- A recent grad or early-career professional ready to hustle
- You’re comfortable hearing “no” 100 times to get a “yes”
- You’re eager to learn, coachable, and energized by real responsibility
- You’re curious about construction and AI—but don’t need experience in either
- You’re looking for a launchpad into tech sales or partnerships

Schedule: 8am–6pm, Monday through Friday, in our SF office.
