As the Founding Sales Development Representative, you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts, working to generate leads, engage prospects, and qualify potential clients for our AI-powered solutions. Pay Transparency
- The annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000, with commission and on-target earnings up to $90,000 - $100,000

Qualification
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or tech startups. Experience in regulated industries like insurance, banking, or financial services is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage prospects and convey value effectively.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive attitude and a knack for persistence in outreach.
