Requirements
Who you are A Player/Coach 10 years of sales experience selling a complex SAAS product At least 3 years in a sales leadership role managing direct reports Experience working in an early stage company or growth startup Proven track record of achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets both team and individual Location Success in this mission depends on strong cultural alignment, a fast ramp-up, and close collaboration. We are building a large operation in Boston and you'll work directly with other senior sales leaders, and this role will be based in Boston. Role will require building a strong team and in-office presence is vital .
