Apply for this job Drive Growth Through CRM We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to help turn CRM strategy into thoughtful, high-performing customer experiences across markets. In this role, you will help shape how customers engage with our brand across the lifecycle , translating strategy into campaigns and journeys that are timely, relevant, and built to perform. Working across channels such as email, push, SMS, and more, you will partner closely with teams across the business to create customer communications that do more than land — they drive measurable impact. What You’ll Do This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, performance, and execution. Working closely with the Head of CRM and cross-functional partners, you will help bring lifecycle initiatives to life across markets and continuously improve how we connect with customers over time. You’ll focus on: executing and optimizing CRM campaigns across channels including email, push, SMS, and more translating business priorities into customer-facing journeys and communications using performance insights to improve engagement, conversion, and retention supporting testing and experimentation across the customer lifecycle helping r efine CRM processes and ways of working as the function continues to grow What We’re Looking For You bring strong CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in a B2C environment, along with a clear sense of how thoughtful customer communication can support both brand and commercial goals. You likely have: hands-on experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns confidence using data and performance insights to guide decisions strong attention to detail and a high bar for execution experience working cross-functionally with creative, brand, or commercial teams a proactive, collaborative approach and an interest in building better customer journeys over time
Nice to Have experience with tools such as Iterable, Braze, or similar CRM platforms experience working across multiple markets or in an international business familiarity with testing, reporting, and CRM performance analysis Why This Role This is a chance to step into a role where CRM sits close to growth, customer experience, and commercial impact.
