We’re transforming mobility to be safer, more efficient, and accessible to all, while creating economic opportunities and supporting skills development in the mobility sector About the Role We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can independently lead the design and delivery of high-impact BI dashboards, data models, and actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role goes beyond traditional reporting, it involves full ownership of business problems, from identifying critical questions to delivering data-driven solutions and ensuring actions are implemented based on insights. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and business-savvy, capable of working autonomously while engaging stakeholders in adopting a data-informed culture. What You’ll be Doing This role exists to empower the business with reliable, timely, and actionable data insights that directly impact key decisions. Critical outcomes for the next 6-12 months include: 1. Developing and deploying self-service BI dashboards that are actively used by stakeholders across departments. 2. Delivering data models and insights that directly influence strategic decisions. 3. Establishing a proactive analytics culture where stakeholders seek and apply data in decision-making. Core Responsibilities: • Proactively identify business opportunities and challenges that can be addressed with data. • Identify the best methods for data visualization to provide meaningful insights. • Build and ship self-service data models and reports that drive weekly business decisions. • Own the full analytics lifecycle without requiring management intervention. • Drive action based on insights, not just deliver reports. • Continuously educate stakeholders on data-informed decision making. What You will need for this position 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or a similar role. • Proven ability to own analytics projects end-to-end, from scoping to implementation. • Strong technical skills in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). • Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills. • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Key Metrics Delivery of at least three high-impact BI dashboards adopted by business stakeholders in the first year. • Demonstrable improvement in decision-making speed and quality across departments. • Increase in self-service analytics adoption rate by at least 30% within 12 months. • Positive stakeholder feedback on data accessibility and usefulness.
