About the role

No software farms and no part-time jobs at the moment. We build our software in-house.

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong product instincts. As an early-stage startup, our projects are broad—so comfort moving across the stack and owning outcomes end-to-end is key. You’ll design and run the infrastructure that powers Findly, from CI/CD to Kubernetes, with a big focus on reliability, security, and developer velocity. System design experience is a plus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Deep experience with a major cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Strong with IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) and CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions)
  • Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Observability (logs/metrics/traces) and incident response
  • Proficiency in Python for automation
  • Solid networking/security fundamentals
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • MLOps exposure (model serving, feature stores, data pipelines)
  • Cost optimization at scale; platform/SRE background

Projects include

  • Designing and operating secure, scalable cloud infrastructure
  • Building fast, reliable release pipelines
  • Managing Kubernetes clusters and service meshes
  • Implementing observability and on-call practices
  • Automating environments, secrets, and compliance guardrails
  • Partnering with ML/backend teams to productionize model services

At Findly, engineers own what they build—from prototype to production.
