About the role
We are looking for a Product Engineer with 2+ years of experience to lead the development of our cutting-edge audio data products. You will be a key player in helping our customers make sense of the audio data they use to train their models. We need a product-focused, backend-leaning engineer with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, research-oriented startup environment. You will work closely with our ML research team to iterate on how we collect and process data at an unprecedented scale.
What will you be doing?
- Lead full-stack feature development, with a 60-70% focus on the backend, to deliver daily innovations to users.
- Build and scale systems that process terabytes of audio data, deriving actionable insights for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with our ML research team to constantly improve how we collect and utilize data for training models.
- Deploy and evaluate LLM- and DSP-based solutions to enhance customer data understanding.
- Mentor other engineers and establish technical standards as our team grows.
