Role Overview
High-Volume Program Management: Drive and manage the full lifecycle of high-volume immigration petitions for high-skilled visa categories, including O-1A, EB-1A, H-1B, TN, J-1, and EB-2/3 PERM
Strategic Consultation: Provide scalable, strategic consultation to corporate clients regarding their most viable immigration pathways, program compliance, and long-term residency pipelines.
Process Optimization: Drive case strategy and operational efficiency, utilizing our proprietary tech to manage large caseloads with precision and speed within a dynamic, early-stage environment.
Client Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for fast-growing corporate accounts, ensuring an elite, transparent experience for both talent acquisition teams and foreign nationals.
Requirements
Experience: 3—10 years in U.S. corporate immigration law, with a proven track record of managing high-volume caseloads (H-1B, TN, J-1, O-1A, PERM, etc.).
The High-Volume Advantage: Experience working at major, high-volume immigration firms such as is highly preferred and a major plus. You know how to handle scale, but you're ready to escape the legacy tech that holds those firms back.
Location: In person at our Phoenix office. Arizona Bar admission required (or willing to obtain via reciprocity/admission ASAP).
The Mission: We are looking for someone who believes the traditional high-volume immigration model is outdated and wants to help us build a tech-driven alternative.
The Attitude: You are gritty, efficient, exceptionally organized, and ready to help build a world-class, scalable operation from the ground up.
Time Commitment: We simply expect the work to get done at a high standard. To be transparent, this isn’t a 9-to-5 role, and the team typically works about 50-60 hours a week to support our rapid growth.
