The Opportunity As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the capacity and capabilities of the Stream US Implementation team. Your primary focus will be leading the end-to-end delivery for our mid-tier and large enterprise clients from the initial Sales and Solutioning phase through to Launch and Hypercare. This role is instrumental in delivering a seamless implementation experience for our clients before executing a smooth transition to our internal Client Success teams for ongoing management. What you'll be doing: Lead enterprise and mid-tier launches: Take the lead on our biggest Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts. You’ll work with both project and executive-level stakeholders to ensure every launch meets their expectations and enables access to Stream’s financial wellbeing tools for their employees. Implement new integrations: As we grow, so does our tech exposure. We regularly run into the need to build new software integrations. You’ll work with our solution designers and engineers to test and roll out new technical integrations, making sure our solution works perfectly with the platforms and systems our clients use. Navigate our partners: Partnerships are often key to our success. Navigating these relationships and understanding how to achieve the goals and objectives of all involved parties is critical to
the role. Scale our work: We need to be efficient to hit our growth targets. You’ll help build the processes that allow our team to launch more clients, faster, without losing our high standards. Manage and mitigate risk: You’ll spot blockers early and clear them, keeping our ambitious timelines on track. You navigate obstacles pre and post launch to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
Who we are looking for Implementation experience: You’ve spent 5+ years leading complex implementations for large companies. Stakeholder management and strong objection handling experience is a must. Technical understanding: You’re comfortable talking about data integrations, APIs, SFTP, and other operational processes. You understand analytics and can navigate basic SQL and other BI tools to help build analytical queries. You embrace AI to improve your daily tasks and develop better outcomes Scale-up energy: You love a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenges of a growing company. Engaging in the details is a must. Industry knowledge: Experience with Fintech, Banking, Payroll, or Workforce Management systems is preferable Team player: You enjoy collaborating and helping others. You’ll work alongside our current team members to lend a hand or advise on best practices. Your roadmap for success Within 1 Month: Get a full handle on the Stream product, our partners, our integrations, and our 2026 growth plans. Shadow a Mid-tier or Enterprise launch with
the team to learn our processes. Understand how we move from Sales to Delivery to Client Success, and how you fit into that journey. Within 3 Months: Successfully lead your first client from signature to a successful "Go-Live." Take charge of a project to improve a specific part of our process—like making client training easier or speeding up data setup. Become the internal expert on a specific new integration partner, helping the rest of
the team understand how it works. Within 6 Months: Manage a full portfolio of our Mid-tier and Enterprise clients. Design and roll out at least one new process that helps us improve execution and meet our growth goals. Be a key part of our team, helping to onboard and support new team members as we continue to expand. Work closely with Product and Engineering to provide real-world client feedback on how we can improve our product and integrations Standing out: Be a self-starter and manage upward. Independently drive execution and escalate critical decisions or risks appropriately. Become a mentor and to direct team members and others across the US organization Evolve into a trusted strategic voice to internal groups including Sales, Engineering, Client Success, and external partners. Location: We operate a hybrid working policy; 3 days a week from our Arlington, VA office. Salary: Starting from $125,000 - 140,000 (dependent on experience)+
