The Role We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Workplace Services to lead facilities strategy and in-office experience for our San Francisco headquarters, as well as for our workplace operations in New York, DC, and emerging international offices. This is a high-impact leadership role that will ensure our offices reflect the professionalism, quality, and operational excellence that define Peregrine. You will oversee facilities operations, lease strategy, vendor management, and workplace experience — balancing hospitality, operational rigor, and financial discipline. More importantly, this role is highly impactful strategically, operationally, and culturally. You are critical both to our growth as a company and to the business. In this role, you are always 5 steps ahead. You move quickly, but you’re methodical and thoughtful. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations of Peregrine's San Francisco Office , ensuring a polished, high-functioning, and welcoming environment for employees, candidates, customers, and executive leadership Own in-office experience and logistics, including: Creating a consistently high-quality employee and visitor experience Coordinating onsite meetings, executive visits, customer engagements, recruiting events, and team offsites Supporting onboarding setup, including workspace preparation and badge access coordination Lead facilities operations and vendor management, including building management, janitorial services, security, food and beverage, office supplies, HVAC, maintenance, and service contracts—ensuring service quality and accountability Support office growth and space strategy , including: Evaluating square footage needs relative to headcount growth projections Managing buildouts, reconfigurations, and furniture installations Partnering with external brokers, architects, and contractors Own lease management and landlord relationships, including: Serving as primary liaison with property management Monitoring lease terms, renewal timelines, and key obligations Partnering with Finance and Leadership on renewals, expansions, or re-negotiations Supporting lease negotiations, extensions, and amendments to ensure cost-effective and flexible space solutions Oversee and support Workplace Coordinators in NY, DC, and emerging international offices, ensuring consistent standards, shared best practices, budget alignment and a unified Peregrine workplace experience across locations Ensure workspace safety and operational standards, including ADA accessibility, fire/life/safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and adherence to local and state
requirements Drive cost management and budget accountability for facilities spend, identifying efficiencies while maintaining a high-quality work environment What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or office leadership roles for high-growth technology companies Experience managing commercial leases and landlord relationships Demonstrated experience overseeing distributed workplace or facilities teams Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills Experience managing facilities budgets and driving cost efficiency Experience leading buildouts, renovations, or multi-site space planning initiatives Strong attention to detail with a service-oriented and solutions-focused mindset Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership, Finance, IT, People, and cross-functional teams Willingness to work from our SF office 5 days/week S alary Range: $155,000 - $200,000 Annually +
